- Full recreational use of cannabis for adults age 21 and older; medicinal use for persons age 18 and older that have been diagnosed with or are undergoing treatment for a debilitating medical condition.
- Allows a Wisconsin resident to grow their own marijuana plants for personal use.
- Establishes a non-lapsible trust fund designated the “Community Reinvestment Fund” to support communities most impacted by prohibition.
