Secretary & Co-Founder, Northern Wisconsin NORML
Jessica helped to found Northern Wisconsin NORML in 2010 and has been on the Board of Directors since. She serves as the chapter's Secretary. In addition to her other various roles in the chapter, Jessica created the chapter's website in 2010, and is responsible for maintaining the Northern Wisconsin NORML website, posting articles and content, and related tasks.
