Call To Action: New Bills on Hemp AB 206 / SB188

There are two new bills in our state legislature focused on hemp production and distribution that need our support. The bill numbers are AB 206 and SB 188 and they will align Wisconsin hemp laws with the federal changes made in the 2018 farm bill. These bills create an opportunity for Wisconsin to regulate the production and distribution of hemp and hempen products and to develop a thriving hemp industry in the state.
