Cannabis Reform Lobby Day is Feb. 21, 2019

On Thursday February 21st, cannabis reform supporters from across Wisconsin will be gathering at the capitol to meet with legislators to discuss cannabis law reform. Join us so we can have a strong, unified voice!

Never lobbied before? No problem! Lobbying is just a fancy term for talking to lawmakers about a policy issue.​ We will have a lobby training before the meetings take place and will give you handouts with talking points and tips to make sure you’re prepared. We’ll be meeting with lawmakers in groups, so you won’t have to talk to them alone.

In order to make the best use of everyone’s time, SE WI NORML will take on the responsibility of scheduling the meetings with the representatives so we can meet in groups. An RSVP is recommended – so we can schedule a meeting with your representative – but we’ll also have meetings setup with powerful legislative and committee leaders that we can direct you to if you don’t RSVP
