Legislation to End Workplace Discrimination Against Cannabis Consumers
Representative David Bowen has announced his intent to introduce legislation that would limit employers from discriminating against employees based solely upon their testing positive for marijuana on a drug test.

The bill would apply to both public and private sector workers, but would not apply to those with jobs operating heavy equipment.
Employees are not tested for alcohol in the workplace and the same should go for marijuana.
