Blockhead to bust out hashpipe at political concert in Ripon

Playing crowd pleasing classics from Johnny Cash to The White Stripes & more.

Blockhead, an awesome rock band from Oshkosh, Wisconsin is known for playing crowd pleasing favorites from Johnny Cash, The White Stripes, Weezer and more. Come sing along to these all time classics with the Friends of Jay Selthofner Campaign Concert. Blockhead will be the second band in the lineup of ten (10 Band – 10 Hour Jam!). It is confirmed that the only HASHPIPE we will see at the “Cannabis Concert” will be Blockheads version. People will be talking about hemp and cannabis, but no illicit substances are allowed at the venue.

Members include Brian Ramirez (Drums / Vocals), Joe Farmer (Vocals / Guitar), Mary Farmer (Bass / Vocals), and Dave Burke (Guitar). This group has a personal Farmer touch: Joe and Mary are husband and wife. Another husband/wife duo is responsible for bringing the event together. Narin Selthofner, wife to the Independent Candidate for State Assembly, had this to say: “Everyone has been so supportive of Jay and his mission for creating JOBS, less government restrictions for small businesses and farmers, and of course, LESS TAXES and LESS GOVERNMENT SPENDING. He cannot get on the soapbox and say ‘NO NEW TAXES’, because he would be lying. His proposed tax on marijuana would be new, but certainly needed.”
